Refund and Return Policy

Gap Sports may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Metabolistics Laboratories through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

The merchandise must be received by Gap Sports within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging
Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through optimumnutrition.com or Consumer Affairs for which 75% or more of the product is unused

If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (8.30am-5.00pm CST) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for completion of this process.

DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed by Gap Sports through any other format, and Metabolistics Laboratories will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.

REFUND POLICY

1. When can I expect the amount to be refunded?

1.1 Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.

1.2 Refund will be initiated only post successful verification of the products by the seller. Please note that the verification process may take:

For Local Cities*: 48 hours from the time of pick up from your location.
For Other Cities: 8-10 business days from the date of pick up from your location.

1.3 The amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the seller as per the following timelines:

1.4 You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.

D. Assured Delivery Cashback Eligibility:

1. Kindly note the following criteria for eligibility for assured delivery Cashback:

1.1 Delivery assurance is for the date of delivery and not for the time of delivery.

1.2 Cashback is applicable only for orders with value more than INR 1000/-

1.3 Applicable in select pin-codes only, the customer shall be informed of his eligibility at the time of placing the order on the checkout page.

1.4 If eligible, cashback will be processed within 48 hours of order delivery/completion.

1.5 Orders, where delay is from customer’s end, will not be considered for the cashback.
